Andrew grew up in the industry with his mother, successfully owning 3 hair and beauty salons in the Midlands where Andrew first started his training and career at a very early age of fourteen. Developing his skill and gaining his qualifications he then went on to open his first salon at just 18 in Raglan. Eighteen years on, Andrew still enjoys great success with both his Raglan and Monmouth salons. Andrew prides himself on his Standard of work in all aspects of hairdressing and a 5 star Salon Customer service. Andrew ensures his team are equally as passionate and to the standard required.
Andrew is also a Senior Member of the Paul Mitchell Education Team which give him the opportunity to travel all over the UK and Europe as a platform artist to educate other salons and hairdressers on latest techniques and trends. “Education is my passion, I believe the key to success is consistent education”. As a part of the Paul Mitchell education team, Andrew has the opportunity to learn and grow as a hairdresser and then bring his skills back to the salon to share with the rest of his talented team. This, in turn, helps them give our clients the best possible experience.
